What a trip down memory lane. I went back to my old infant school in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire to read my debut children’s picture book ‘Bob and Rob’. The old Victorian building was just the same (but loads titchier than in my six year old mind), and the kids were a brilliant reminder of what it was like when I was there having some of the best days of my life.
